National Periodic Table Day is celebrated on February 7th each year. Addressing the gathering , Rtn.AKS V Bhaskar Ram suggested that youth should actively contribute to social service. He said International service organization Rotary and it's youth wing Rotaract will make leaders and serve the society. He also stated that we should strive to end polio disease. The Joint Secretary of Sri Prakash Educational Institutions Rtn Sri Ch.Vijay Prakash shared his insights and quoted that service itself is learning. Following this the Rotaractors gave a PowerPoint presentation on activities of Rotaract clubs of Young Leaders and Sabala starting from July 2022. The District Governor applauded the Rotaractors and the management for their collaborative efforts in serving community. The Chief Guest was felicitated by The Joint Secretary of Sri Prakash Educational Institutions Rtn Sri Ch.Vijay Prakash , Dr.K.Veerraju Principal ,SPACES Degree College , Rtn N Satish President of Rotary Club Of Tuni , Rotaract Club of Young Leaders President Rtr Pardha Saradhi , Rotaract Club of Sabala President Rtr Lahari. Rotaractors of both clubs actively participated in this august session.
Teacher’s day celebrated at sriprakash in a grand way on 04-09-2022.
All the enthusiastic students stepped into the shoes of various teaching disciplines.
Sri Prakash celebrated it’s 46th Foundation day on 19-08-2022.On this occasion ‘Gatharahe Mera Dil’(songs competition) was conducted. The chief guest of the celebrations was Ms.Malavika ,a playback singer. Students from all the branches Tuni, Payakaraopeta, Annavaram, Kakinada, Peddapuram participated in the programme. In the songs competition, students exhibited their music talent. Prizes were given away to the winners by the chief guest. Finally, the chief guest advised the parents to identify the talents of the children and encourage their respective aptitude .Everybody felt that it was an enthralling celebrations.
On the occasion of 46th foundation day of Sri Prakash,”Blood Donation Camp” was organized on 18-08-2022 at SPACES Degree college. Around 150 students donated the blood.The guest of the event,Sri ch.vijay prakash,Joint secretary,sri prakash Educational Institution set an example in donating blood on this occasion. In his address, he advised the students to adopt the service attitude and he appreciated the students for donating 2500 units of the blood. In this programme,Dr.K.Veerraju,Principal,SPACES Degree college,sri p.ch.v. subbarao, vice principal,the staff members,N.C.C,N.S.S students participated in the programme.
For the Academic year 2022-23 New Rotract Office bearers were appointed.
The team members from BIOCON Lan innovation led fully integrated biopharmaceutical conducted interviews for the students of CBZ and BIOTECH disciplines. More than hundred students participated in this drive.
The Drug Awareness programme was conducted at SPACES DEGREE COLLEGE. The law and order officials addressed the students. Sri. P.TEJA VENKATA KUMAR C.I.Guest on the day, shared his experience. In his address how the innocent students were the victims of the drug addiction. The other guest of the day, Sri. RAMESWARA RAO S.I explained the tangles of the human ties because of drug addiction. Finally, Dr. K.VEERRAJU, PRINCIPAL enlightened the gathering about the consequences of Drug addiction. Around 1000 students participated in this programme.
Vasanta panchami celebrated on 5th february in SPACES degree college. This festival is dedicated to Goddess Saraswathi, the Goddess of knowledge, music, art, speech, wisdom and learning. in this festival all the degree students participated and worshipped the goddess saraswathi in a very traditional way. This festival brought festive atmosphere on the entire day. It was observed in a very traditional and religious way. Dr k. Veerraju, principal , p.ch.v subbarao. Vice principal and other staff members are participated. Finally students offered holly food.
